Terms & Conditions

Quotes are provided upfront and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will discuss and agree on pricing with you before proceeding.

Payment is due on completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept major cards and electronic payment.

Our work is carried out to Australian Standards and relevant plumbing codes. New installations carry the manufacturer’s warranty along with our workmanship guarantee. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party works or normal wear.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.
